DESPATCH
We dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In the event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.

Delivery times will normally be up to 2 working days for delivery to Republic of Ireland or up to 5 working days for delivery to UK.

We use An Post for all of our deliveries.

We are not responsible for delays caused by An Post which are beyond our control.

A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not at home when your purchases are being delivered, the An Post will leave you a calling card.


RETURNS POLICY :
If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you can do so provided it meets the following:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or you no longer want any items, you can return them to us in accordance with our returns policy within 14 days to refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. All returned shoes must be unworn and repacked in the original box with still attached labels and proof of purchase (receipt). Footwear must not be damaged or worn outside, and the sole should not cause scratches. (It is recommended to try shoes on the rug to avoid damage to the sole).

Sale items are not for exchange or refund. We can ONLY accept size exchange .

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement if the product is returned in a condition that we consider to be unacceptable in the event of re-sale, i.e. If the product is clearly marked. We are not liable for defects resulting from improper use of the products. ALL PRODUCTS OF THIS TYPE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU !

We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.

We offer one free exchange for every order.


Please obtain a copy of proof of postage just in case your order is lost on the way back to Una Donna head office. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Should you require an exchange , please note this on your returns form. (The form attached to the purchased product )

Any breakages, damages or faults must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

The full purchase price ( original shipping fee excluded ) will be refunded once the above criteria has been met and it passes inspection from our online returns team

We will only refund delivery costs if the return product is considered 'faulty' or as a result of our error.

A refund will be made by the original method of payment.

All returns are your responsibility until they reach us, so we would like you to do it if you could be sure that they are safely put in a bag.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds can take 3-5 working days depending on your bank.
